Position Overview

The Senior Systems Administrator leads the management, optimization, and security of enterprise infrastructure supporting mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) and cloud integration.
  • Lead patch management, system hardening, and disaster recovery.
  • Mentor system administrators and establish SOPs.
  • Support compliance with FISMA and NIST standards.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of systems administration experience.
  • Advanced PowerShell automation and SCCM expertise.
  • Experience in hybrid cloud (Azure AD, AWS EC2).
  • Strong leadership in ITSM and security compliance environments.

    • Certifications and Education

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT.
  • Microsoft or CompTIA Advanced certifications required (e.g., MSCA, Security+).

    • Security Clearance

  • Public Trust or higher; Secret preferred.
