Your Role: As a childcare teacher with us, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of our little ones. Your days will be filled with laughter, learning, and endless opportunities to make a positive impact on children’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Child Development: Create exciting lesson plans and activities using Creative Curriculum that help our students grow physically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll get to witness those “aha”: moments as they learn and explore.
• Safety First: Our kids’ safety is our top priority. You’ll ensure a secure, clean environment and keep a watchful eye on them during indoor and outdoor adventures.
• Curriculum Fun: Get creative with our curriculum! We encourage you to bring your own flair while following our educational philosophy.
• Friendship Building: Build strong connections with parents and guardians, keeping them in the loop about their child’s progress and memorable moments through the Engagement App.
• Team Spirit: Join our fantastic team of childcare professionals and work together to create a warm and caring atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as a Lead Teacher
• A passion for working with children and helping them flourish.
• Great communication skills because we are all about building connections.
• Patience, creativity, and an eagerness to be a part of a fantastic team
• Experience with Creative Curriculum, NJGROW, NAEYC is a plus but not required
• A background in Early Childhood Education or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Ability to hold up to 40 lbs.
• CPR/First Aid Certifications

Responsabilidades clave:

• Desarrollo infantil: Crea planes de lecciones emocionantes y actividades utilizando el currículo creativo que ayuden a nuestros estudiantes a crecer física, social y emocionalmente. Serás testigo de esos momentos de "¡ajá!" mientras aprenden y exploran.

• Seguridad ante todo: La seguridad de nuestros niños es nuestra principal prioridad. Te asegurarás de mantener un entorno seguro y limpio, y vigilarás atentamente a los niños durante sus aventuras dentro y fuera del aula.

• Diversión con el currículo: ¡Sé creativo/a con nuestro currículo! Te animamos a aportar tu propio estilo, siempre siguiendo nuestra filosofía educativa.

• Fomentar la amistad: Establece conexiones fuertes con los padres y tutores, manteniéndolos informados sobre el progreso de sus hijos y momentos memorables a través de la aplicación Engagement.

• Espíritu de equipo: Únete a nuestro fantástico equipo de profesionales de cuidado infantil y trabajen juntos para crear un ambiente cálido y cariñoso.

Calificaciones:

• 2 años de experiencia como Maestro/a Líder.
• Pasión por trabajar con niños y ayudarlos a florecer.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, porque nos importa construir conexiones.
• Paciencia, creatividad y ganas de ser parte de un equipo increíble.
• Experiencia con Creative Curriculum, NJGROW, NAEYC es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio.
• Título en Educación Infantil o áreas relacionadas es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio.
• Capacidad para cargar hasta 40 lbs.
• Certificaciones de RCP/Primeros Auxilios.
