About the role :

The Digital Software Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing and leading our software strategy as well as executing software programs to enhance Interventional Oncology and Embolization's portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software strategy development and project management, artificial intelligence (AI), product launch, and co-development / partnership experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of cutting-edge technology solutions in the rapidly growing IO&E space.

Work Mode

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be on our Maple Grove, MN campus at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Guide software development decisions and execution, creating software strategy that incorporates internal and external capabilities
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish and maintain co-development partnerships, ensuring successful collaboration and project outcomes that meet strategic objectives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain a strong relationship with Boston Scientific offshore resources, capabilities and opportunities
• Lead R&D AI workflow scoping and tie-in to platforms, improving product efficiencies
• Lead R&D applications development efforts, defining resourcing needs and project timelines
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and software development, integrating best practices into projects and connect across divisions for best practice and ongoing Boston Scientific efforts
