A company is looking for an Incident Response Coordinator to manage cybersecurity incidents and post-incident activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate incident response according to the corporate security incident response plan
Manage post-incident activities, including scheduling Post Incident Reviews and documenting Root Cause Analysis
Provide 24x7 on-call incident management support for critical security incidents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Info Security, or related field, or relevant work experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Incident Management or Incident Response
Knowledge of network operations, system administration on various platforms, and security operations
Familiarity with data security frameworks and regulations such as PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR
Preferred certifications include ITIL V4, CompTIA Security+, or other relevant security credentials
