Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on the evolution of global compensation philosophy and lead annual compensation cycles
Oversee global benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations
Deliver compensation and benefits reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in global compensation and benefits, including 3+ years in leadership roles
Deep expertise in total rewards strategy and regulatory compliance across multiple geographies
Proven success in designing and managing global compensation programs
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's or professional certifications are a plus
Proficient in HRIS systems and compensation tools, with strong analytical capabilities
