As Future Honda continues to expand, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Accounting & Administrative Clerk to join our winning team.

This position supports a wide range of dealership and accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor management, deal processing, reconciliations, and DMV-related tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong automotive accounting knowledge and a desire to contribute to a collaborative, fast-growing environment.

As we continue building our office and expanding operations, your experience and skillset will help shape our processes and structure. We’re looking for a well-rounded automotive professional who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Pay Scale

Hourly rate ranges between $19.50 – $28.50 per hour.

Preferred Experience

Automotive accounting background (CDK experience a plus)

Knowledge of invoice processing, collections, and reconciliations

Ability to assist with wholesales, dealer trades, and DMV documentation

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Process and verify automotive deals, invoices, and payments with accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor management, ensuring timely and accurate recordkeeping.

Assist with wholesales, dealer trades, and DMV-related tasks.

Reconcile schedules, review deal costs, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Provide cross-training and backup support across administrative and accounting functions.

Maintain organized files and contribute to a team-oriented, professional environment.
