Receptionist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Manage plant phone system and visitors.
• Distribute incoming faxes and standard / inter-office mail and outside mail to plant personnel.
• Inventory and order all office supplies, business forms, paper needs, business cards, etc.
• Generate charts / graphs as required.
• Assist Sales Manager with quoting and other areas related to the department.
• Maintain good employee relations through effective communication and prompt attention to associate concerns.
• Coordinate meals / refreshments for meetings as required.
• Assist Human Resources with company events.
• Assist other departments such as Finance and Purchasing with miscellaneous tasks and projects.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures (i.e., quality policy manual, associate handbook, Level II procedures, etc.)
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in work area
• Comply with of all required procedures and programs.
