Porter - Cleaner
Porter / Cleaners are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, providing cleaning services, and upkeep of assigned areas;
apartment / condo buildings, exteriors of buildings, hospitals, or other types of facilities. Candidates must be flexible, and willing to complete all tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Compensation : $13 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties cleaning / maintaining carpets and / or hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Perform routine dusting of furniture, wall hangings, fixtures, etc
- Cleaning restrooms, emptying trashcans
- Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in cleaning is a plus but not a requirement
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Attention to detail
