Customer Service Representative Healthcare Call Center

Job Opportunity

Job Responsibilities :

• Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly, meeting performance goals
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and retail locations
• Process orders, route calls, and follow up as needed
• Review and verify documentation for accuracy
• Conduct insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations
• Navigate multiple EMR systems to access and enter patient information
• Communicate trends and issues with insurance carriers to management
• Contact patients when documentation does not meet payer guidelines

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newton, IA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
