As an Administrative Assistant 2, within the Division of Unemployment Insurance - OSI, your duties would include but are not limited to :

Subsequent 55 B / C Qualifications :
A subsequent 55b / c appointment may be considered if you have one year of permanent or contingent-permanent service in a Grade 13 or higher title
Reassignment Qualifications :
Current Department of Labor employees only, with at least one year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b / c service in an Administrative Assistant 2; if you have less than one year, you must be reachable on the current Administrative Assistant 2 eligible list for this location, if one exists.
Provisional Qualifications :
You must be a qualified Department of Labor employee and have had one year of permanent competitive or 55-b / 55-c service as an Examination Composition Assistant, Keyboard Specialist 2, Keyboard Specialist 2 (Spanish Language), Keyboard Specialist 3, Law Department Document Specialist, Office Assistant 2 Keyboarding, Office Assistant 2 Keyboarding (Spanish Language), Administrative Assistant 1, Administrative Assistant 1 (Spanish Language), or Senior Data Entry Machine Operator.
Only the titles listed are qualifying. The appointed candidate would have to take, pass and be reachable on the next holding of the examination to be appointed permanently.
70.1 Transfer Qualifications :
One year of permanent or contingent-permanent as a Grade 13 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service
