Housekeeper
SUMMARY
This position helps to maintain clean, safe, sanitary, comfortable and satisfying surroundings for the residents and their families.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleans residentapartment homes including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping,waxing, disinfecting, washing windows, etc.
- Empties trash,waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area.
- May assist carestaff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, andcommon spaces.
- Reports neededrepairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous housekeeping experience required.
- Previous experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
