Responsibilities Includes But Are Not Limited To :

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of assigned projects, such as logistics, by reviewing orders, shipments, and material receipts.
• Maintain up-to-date status and necessary tracking documentation for assigned projects.
• Send notifications and reminders about deadlines and milestones for ongoing projects, ensuring cross-departmental follow-up and control.
• Update databases to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement. Record and follow up on incidents related to any assigned project.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
• Provide regular reports on project status and performance metrics. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance tracking efficiency.
