Maple Springs, the premier senior living in Cache Valley, is looking for Registered Nurses to work the floor and charge nurse shifts.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Logan, UT. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Additional tasks include educating patients and families on treatment plans, coordinating patient admissions and discharges, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Nursing skills : administering medications, monitoring vital signs, coordinating care plans
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients and team members
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in geriatrics or a similar healthcare field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
