Manufacturing Process Engineer

We're looking for a Manufacturing / Process Engineer to lead process development and optimization across welding, fabrication, and paint operations. In this role, you'll collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency, ensure quality, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, document, and standardize processes for welding, fabrication, and painting operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot daily production and equipment issues.
• Develop and maintain process control documentation (SOPs, PFMEAs, work instructions).
• Specify and implement new equipment, tooling, and fixtures for improved efficiency and safety.
• Support quality and compliance with AWS, ISO, and environmental standards.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive data-based improvements and monitor KPIs.
