Job Function :

• Manages redemption kiosk, food and beverage, table games and EGD drop and count process.
• Leads count room operations by ensuring staff verifies calculations and reconciles summary reports.
• Ensures compliance with gaming regulations related to the count room.
• Immediately reports any irregularities, completes required accounting paperwork.
• Ensures equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
• Ensures compliance with all other regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
• Trains and supervises staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino Des Plaines ICS.
