• Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver best-in-class restoration services.
• Manage daily operations, financials, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Partner with ownership and leadership to set sales goals and execute growth strategies.
• Oversee multiple departments (Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents, Warehouse, Administration).
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction, reputation management, and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
• Use data and KPIs to drive accountability, process improvement, and efficiency.
