The Federal Provisioning Analyst provides essential support as a critical member of the Provisioning Team specifically focusing on the day-to-day management of customer order provisioning within the Federal and Public Sector space.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and thrives in a high-growth, data-driven environment. This role requires a paramount understanding of Federal compliance and the critical need for audit integrity to ensure all software and services provisioning strictly adheres to government contract terms and security mandates. This analyst acts as a crucial control point, protecting the company's standing in the Federal market.

Job Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of license provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring strict alignment with Federal contract terms, end-user license agreements (EULAs), and security mandates.
• Ensure complete and timely processing of provisioning cases, with meticulous documentation of the license chain of custody for audit purposes.
• Provide rapid, first-line support for Federal sales, authorized partners, and customer agencies on complex provisioning and authorization issues.
• Partner with Order Management and the Legal / Compliance teams to resolve customer contract issues, particularly those governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific requirements.
• Run regular and targeted audit reports to ensure accuracy of provisioning records against sales orders and Federal licensing agreements.
• Act as a compliance conscience, proactively identifying, resolving, and flagging provisioning exceptions that could jeopardize Federal reporting, security posture, or usage compliance.
• Ensure strict compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures, with a specific focus on Federal security, data handling, and licensing regulations (e.g., FedRAMP requirements as they relate to account provisioning).

What We're Looking For

Salary Range (San Francisco Bay area) : $64,000 — $96,000 USD. Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. Annual base salary range for California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington : $60,000 — $82,000 USD.
