Manhattan Active WM Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active WM Analyst to join our team. This role involves implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM) system to support seamless warehouse operations.

As a key player, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain execution and provide innovative solutions for dynamic business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Configuration :

Lead the configuration and deployment of Manhattan Active WM solutions to support warehouse operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define system requirements and tailor configurations accordingly.

Operational Support & Troubleshooting :

Provide day‑to‑day support for Manhattan Active WM, addressing technical issues and optimizing workflows.

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Integration Management :

Ensure seamless integration between Manhattan Active WM and other enterprise systems, including ERP, TMS, and MHE / ASRS solutions.

Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Process Optimization :

Analyze warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend system‑driven enhancements.

Support automation initiatives and the adoption of new features.

Testing & Documentation :

Conduct end‑to‑end testing of system configurations and upgrades.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and best practices.

Reporting & Insights :

Build and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into key warehouse KPIs.

Leverage SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) for advanced reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience :

Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting Manhattan Active WM or legacy Manhattan WMS systems.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Experience with MHE / ASRS systems and their integration with WMS platforms.

Technical Skills :

Familiarity with cloud‑based Manhattan Active architecture.

Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.

Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Manhattan Active WM or related modules.

Experience with SCI for reporting and business intelligence.

Background in high‑volume warehouse environments, eCommerce, or 3PL operations.
