This role requires a professional who can independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with our legal team to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Maintain consistent client communication and provide updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with staff to prepare cases for trial and ensure timely filings.
