Sr. Director, Strategic Accounts - LMS Sales Operations
This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, or Chicago. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Senior Director is a key business advisor who will function as a "chief of operations" in our Strategic Accounts segment of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. The role is focused on enabling our world-class field sales team to be as productive as possible. They will be responsible for leading a team of 20 in designing and implementing sales strategies and running operations for the top customer segment of the Marketing Solutions business.
They will be responsible for helping executives and sales management make data-driven decisions by providing insights from LinkedIn's customer and sales data and creating timely reports and analyses such as buying group expansion, existing customer growth, and product adoption analysis. They will be a key member of a global leadership team and support global efforts and initiatives.

The ideal candidate can effectively communicate with executives and collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of high complexity and scope, and excels in a challenging and extremely fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information supporting a rapidly changing organization.
