Client Education :

Agents should have a thorough understanding of AO Globe Life’s insurance products, including term life, whole life, and other offerings.

Customer Service :

Maintaining and building relationships with clients through follow-up, policy reviews, and support with claims and adjustments.

Compliance :

Ensuring all sales practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Training and Development :

Staying updated with product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training opportunities.

Goal Achievement :

Meeting or exceeding personal sales targets and performance goals.
