Worker Type : Regular

Position Highlights :

Department : CT and Radiology

Sign-On Bonus : $25,000 paid in full on your first paycheck!

Schedule : Full-time, including Saturdays and Sundays

Pay Range : Starts at $30.93 / hour with daily pay options!

Shift Differentials : Earn an additional $6 / hr on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, plus an extra $3 / hr on weekends!

Location : SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest City

Requirements : Completion of Radiology program; ARRT-R credential; ARRT-CT within 12 months of hire. Cross-training for CT can be provided and tuition covered for full-time employees.

Job Summary :

As a CT / Radiology Technologist, you will perform essential imaging exams crucial for diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries. Responsibilities include conducting plain films, fluoro, portables, and OR exams, along with Bone Density assessments (BD registry required).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a minimum of 30% of FTE in a secondary modality to qualify for a Multiple Modality position.
  • Position patients and accurately select anatomic and technical parameters.
  • Follow radiation protection and safety standards diligently.
  • Assist physicians in special and advanced procedures.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media and medications per scope of practice and legal regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all activities.
  • Submit high-quality images and documentation to PACS timely.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized department environment.
  • Work with a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education :

  • Associate's degree or completion of a Radiology certification program.

    • Experience :

  • No experience is required.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Constant standing and walking; frequent vision and depth perception are necessary.
  • Frequent communication abilities through hearing and speech.
  • Frequent lifting / moving of patients; ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, and other physical activities.
  • Hazardous environment awareness and compliance with safety procedures.

    • Working Hours :

    Evening Shift, Full-time (40 hours / week)
