Institutional Trust Relationship Consultant

At Regions, the Institutional Trust Relationship Consultant retains and develops relationships and associated revenue for a group of accounts, which may include Retirement Plan, Investment Management Agency, Endowments / Foundations, Custody, and / or Funeral Cemetery Trust accounts. This position plays a key role in assisting Regions with meeting client needs, providing deeper client relationships across multiple business groups, and growing Non-Interest Revenue.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional service for client relationships, including following issues through to resolution, meeting deadlines, and anticipating operational client needs including future opportunities and risks
• Coordinates client service activities with other areas of the organization
• Understands clients' objectives and identifies and provides alternatives to appropriate stakeholders
• Develops knowledge and understanding of Regions' products and services, including retirement, investment management, endowment and foundations, funeral trust, and corporate trust
• Determines the financial viability and associated risks of client business
• Performs duties in compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures and Institutional Services Program Documents and Procedures and all applicable external regulations

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.
