Key Responsibilities
Assures high-quality service and interactions with customers as part of the customer service team
Coordinates the Customer Service Team to deliver best-in-class services and supports management with personnel and strategic planning
Participates in daily operations, managing team workload, and monitoring performance to ensure service quality
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience in a similar position
Very good knowledge of the ERP SAP system
Strong customer focus with entrepreneurial drive
Fluent in English
