A company is looking for a Process Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and create business requirements documentation

Manage ticketing tools and ensure adherence to client processes

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and enhance client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 12+ years of experience in software development or support

B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent technical degree from a recognized institution

Strong experience in .Net development, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and database management (Oracle and MSSQL)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle

Experience with tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, GITHUB, and Veracode
