JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to support the analytical testing of cell therapy products to support development activities. The role requires hands-on laboratory work, including mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and PCR-based testing as well as data analysis. The Research Associate will work as part of a team under the guidance of Senior Project / Team Leads.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Performing aseptic cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular assays
• Testing development samples on a routine basis to support process / formulation activities
• Documenting work and analyzing experimental results
• Reporting results out to project lead accurately and on time
• Support general lab maintenance including restocking and ordering supplies and equipment maintenance.
