We’re seeking a General Manager to lead our flagship location and grow with us as we expand.

You’ll oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and cultivate a strong, values-driven team.
Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Lead all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance. Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff to uphold MindFuel’s values and deliver an exceptional experience. Foster a positive, high-performing culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and care. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining studio cleanliness, safety, culture and aesthetic standards. Manage the studio budget, monitor KPIs, and ensure monthly and quarterly goals are met. Collaborate closely with the founders to refine systems, improve workflows, and scale operations. Sales & Marketing Drive new membership sales through outreach, lead conversion, and partnership initiatives. Oversee membership retention and engagement strategies, ensuring consistent guest satisfaction. Support the execution of marketing campaigns and community events that align with MindFuel’s mission and vision. Build and nurture community partnerships to enhance visibility and brand awareness. Member Experience Lead by example in providing exceptional hospitality and connection. Resolve member concerns quickly and thoughtfully. Ensure the space and team energy reflect MindFuel’s core values of vitality, growth, and connection. Technology & Systems Maintain proficiency in management software (Mariana Tek or similar CRMs, scheduling tools, and payroll systems). Use data to drive decisions and improve performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills 2–5 years of management experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality. Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales and membership goals. Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable under pressure. Experienced in training, coaching, and team development. Proficient in scheduling, CRM, and reporting systems. Passionate about holistic health, wellness, and community. Employee must be able to work hours that may exceed 8 hours per day and / or 40 hours per week including nights and weekends, especially during peak activity periods. Physical Requirements Comfortable working in environments with temperature variation and moisture (sauna and cold plunge).
May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.
May be required to reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car.
This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs.
May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to work onsite in the studio or remote at other event activation locations.
