Job description

IBM ELM Application Administrator (3921 - Ohio)

A client of Sharp Decisions is looking for a System Administrator. This role is HYBRID in Raymond, OH - a multi-year contract with no end date, W2 only.

Daily Task Performed

  • Provide daily administrative support for the IBM ELM platform.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets related to project configuration in IBM ELM tools; workflow management, requirements management.
  • Technical solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with business groups and stakeholders to address ELM-specific queries and issues.
  • Assist with custom application deployments and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering IBM ELM applications (EWM, ETM, DNG, JRS).
  • Specific experience supporting ELM DNG Requirements Management is a plus.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in cross-functional and multi-site teams.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to provide application support and solutions.
