Position Overview :

• Job Title : Community Manager
• Salary : $26.00 - $30.00 per hour + 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Other Compensation : This position includes a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom manufactured home
• Living on site is required
• Schedule : Monday – Friday; 10am – 4 : 30pm (Part Time - 28 hours per week)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to manage the day-to-day operations at our manufactured housing community, Golden Oaks (117 homes), located in Springfield, OR. This role includes managing team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals and ensures that the operation of the property complies with company policies and procedures and other laws and regulations governing manufactured housing operations.
