Senior Underwriter

POSITION SUMMARY

• Providing an unparalleled level of commitment, service and underwriting expertise.
• Supporting the surety needs of Fortune 1000, publicly traded and large privately held companies.
• Delivering results by understanding the unique needs and challenges of our clients' business, taking a thoughtful solutions-oriented approach to the underwriting process, and working in partnership with our dedicated Surety Legal / Claims Group.
• Proven ability to independently handle a portfolio of diverse and complex surety accounts with minimal supervision.

Will have underwriting experience and a track record of success in a commercial surety and non-construction performance bond role handling mid-sized and large accounts across multiple industries. Will have the ability to critically analyze and articulate both verbally and in written form complex ownership / capital structures and / or complex transactional opportunities.
