Position summary :

The Operational Compliance Officer supports the Nursing Home Administrator in the overall management and leadership of the facility. This role assists in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and effective daily operations. The Operational Compliance Officer serves as a key liaison among departments and may assume full administrative responsibilities at the direction of, or in the absence of, the Administrator.
