Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our sales team at Blasius New Britain. Our dealership consistently stocks 130+ units for sale, and our hands-on management team works to ensure your success. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Our Automotive Group has 12 stores located across Connecticut and Massachusetts. As a family-owned and operated automotive group we take pride in cultivating a positive and community-oriented work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

As a Sales Associate at Blasius Auto Centers, you will receive a base salary plus commission, depending on performance. Your benefits will include competitive health, life, and disability insurance packages, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and potential customers, while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Guide customers through the entire car-buying process, including explaining different models, features, and financing options
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales quotas
• Stay up to date with product information, inventory updates, and pricing plans
• Organize vehicles to be displayed to maximize product and brand presentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven track record in sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of the auto industry
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
