We're hiring a Bookkeeper to partner with a growing diagnostic medical imaging provider based in Connecticut. Supporting multiple entities, including a joint venture with a hospital, a professional corporation, and a holding company, this role is central to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting smooth payroll and benefits operations.
In this role, you'll take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting while coordinating with external accountants, vendors, and benefit providers. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced managing multi-entity bookkeeping in a professional or healthcare-related environment, this opportunity is designed for you.
Accountability
As a Bookkeeper, your success will be defined by your ability to manage financial transactions accurately, maintain compliance, and deliver timely, actionable financial reports. You'll combine hands-on bookkeeping with operational coordination across multiple entities, ensuring that both internal stakeholders and external partners have clear, reliable financial information.

You'll collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate bookkeeping, payroll, and benefits management across all entities.

Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
