Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Supply Chain organization as a Warehouse Material Handling Technician, known internally as a Distribution Specialist I, and support the startup of Kite's brand new, state of the art, commercial Cell Therapy facility currently under construction in Frederick, Maryland. In this exciting new area of cancer immunotherapy, you will assist in the commissioning and operation of a GMP warehouse and inventory management system. In this exciting new area of cancer immunotherapy, the Technician will assist in the maintenance of a GMP / Non-GMP warehouse and inventory management system. In this role, the Technician will perform activities to support manufacturing operations, product shipping, and component receiving to ensure inventory accuracy and timely supply of materials to manufacturing production suites to meet demands.

The salary range for this position is : $45,050.00 - $58,300.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
