Program Director to manage and implement the Ohio Brain Injury Program (OBIP), within the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; supervises program staff; plans and manages daily activities of OBIP projects; monitors tracking, work flow, regulatory compliance and reporting requirements; initiates and monitors contract payments; coordinates, facilitates activities of the Star Behavioral Health Providers program in Ohio; supports communication among state collaborators, including organizing and facilitating meetings; enters data into the provider database; acts as point of contact for provider training; ensures fidelity of provider training through use of fidelity checklist; provides information to the general public regarding the program; provides community education and marketing about SBHP; coordinates with the Military Family Research Institute (MFRI) at Purdue University and other partners for program evaluation and Institutional Review Board (IRB) compliance; coordinates with MFRI and other partners to ensure data management and survey completion; supervises all functions of the Ohio Brain Injury Connection; maintains documents, notes, agendas and other OBIP program development documents for archives; coordinates activities of the Brain Injury Advisory Committee (BIAC), the statewide advisory board to the Ohio Brain Injury Program; facilitates workgroups of the BIAC; participates in legislative activities of the BIAC; oversees and plans program budgets; other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree may be desirable. 5 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
