Job descriptionMaster Scheduling & Capacity Management Client Intake & Onboarding Front Desk Operations & Hospitality Policy Adherence & Staff Support Admin, Facilities & Reporting Support High School Diploma or GED is required. A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a scheduling, administrative, or reception role, preferably within a healthcare or educational setting. Demonstrated expertise in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) and digital scheduling platforms. High proficiency in the Microsoft Office or Google Workspace suite. Formal HIPAA training and extensive experience in a high-volume customer-service environment.

This is a full-time position at the Center, Monday-Friday 7 : 45-4 : 15. The base pay range is $55,000.00 / yr - $60,000.00 / yr . The role is non-clinical and serves as the operational backbone for the Columbus ABA center, focusing on scheduling, client intake, front-desk management, and daily operational support to enable the clinical team to deliver therapy.
