Job Responsibilities

The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for implementing programs that focus on rehabilitation.

Education, Licensure(s), And Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant licensure as required by state regulations
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Previous Home Health experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Must possess attention to detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize work using fundamental time management skills.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to foster a team environment.
• Demonstrates knowledge and technical skills necessary for providing competent, comprehensive patient care.
• Must possess problem solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and patient first characteristics.
• Valid driver's license, valid auto insurance and reliable transportation required
• Valid TB test (or have one placed in our office)
