In this role, you will serve as a trusted guide for clients seeking clarity and direction in the solutions available to them. You will conduct virtual consultations, ask discovery-driven questions, and help clients break down complex information into understandable steps. A major part of your role will involve consistent follow-up, ensuring that every client feels supported and valued throughout the entire process. You will maintain structured documentation, manage multiple conversations simultaneously, and use a consultative approach to provide an exceptional experience. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying client needs, offering guidance that is educational rather than scripted, and maintaining high standards of professionalism always.
Requirements
U.S. citizen; strong interpersonal and communication skills; organized and detail-oriented; ability to work independently; self-driven and coachable; prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
