Outbound CSR (2nd Shift)

You'll speak directly with customers to schedule in-home product demonstrations and make sales. You'll follow up on leads, use provided scripts, and build strong product knowledge to confidently communicate with customers and team members.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Schedule product demos and installations across the country
• Use computer systems to track and manage customer info
• Attend regular training sessions to build skills
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and set appointments
• Follow up with potential customers and manage the sales process
• Overcome objections and maintain a sales-focused mindset
• Skills Needed :
• Customer service and support
• Appointment scheduling and inside sales
• Data entry and call handling (inbound / outbound)
• Cold calling and collections experience
• Requirements :
• Must work in-office Monday-Friday (WFH only on weekends if scheduled)
• Training is fully in-office for the first 2 weeks
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or collections preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using Windows applications and Zoom
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and show empathy to customers

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grapevine, TX.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
