Seeking an Engineering Technician to support hands-on maintenance and sustainment of complex systems. The Engineering Technician will provide technical support and timely resolution of defects. Provides case status updates to management and customers. Maintains and updates records in tracking databases and alerts management to emerging trends in incidents, problems, or issues.
Needs some sys admin skills - Need to be able to load configurations to the network gear and servers
Overall Summary
