A visual communications sales specialist is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and generating sales. DUTIES
- Sketching clients’ needs while discussing the information sign content ensuring you capture their needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their communication goals and develop innovative visual concepts that effectively convey the desired message.
- Identify clients’ key messages and communicate to the graphics and production teams.
- Work closely with sales, graphics, production and installation teams to ensure visual content aligns with client’s vision.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visual content while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Client management : Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and provide creative solutions that meet their communication objectives.
- Quality control : Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of visual content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Use the phone as the primary communication method with clients.
- Excellent creativity, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team and clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing and confident personality with a sense of urgency
- Willingness to routinely prospect for new customers / business
- Ability and willingness to learn new things
- Ability to effectively multi-task while working in an often fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer software and web-based applications
Compensation : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
