Work From Home Recruiter Needed in Long-Term Care Company!

JOB SUMMARY

Evergreen Healthcare Group is currently seeking a Long-Term Care Recruiting Coordinator to assist in the vetting, scheduling, strategizing, and recommending top-notch healthcare workers for our facilities. This position is not conducting direct-to-hire selections but will be part of a collaborative and strategic recruiting team focused on individual facilities' needs as they arise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Works with Center leadership to develop recruitment goals to meet required staffing levels.
• Works with, mentors, and oversees areas of company applicant training system (ATS).
• Post jobs to various job board sites (e.g. Paycor, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assess and prioritize recruiting needs of the team.
• Pre-screen and assist with interview scheduling, as needed.
• Explore and support Centers to recruit at a community level to generate qualified applicants.
• Maintains records on recruiting activities, as required.
• Participate in projects and team meetings.
