Responsibilities
- Schedule Management : Manage and integrate complex schedules for field consultants and vendors, proactively resolving conflicts to ensure maximum efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Survey Processing : Process and review surveys using specialized underwriting and risk solution tools, understanding the direct impact of your work on business stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Serve as a key point of contact, collaborating daily with field consultants, vendor managers, and underwriting teams to ensure seamless workflow and clear communication.
- Data Analysis : Extract, aggregate, and synthesize data from various sources to perform ad-hoc analysis, create reports, and enhance the work product for internal teams.
- Technical Support : Provide intermediate-level administrative and technical support, recognizing when to follow standard practice and when to apply critical thinking to unique situations.
What You'll Need (Required) :
1-3 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative support role.Strong command of the MS Office Suite , with particular expertise in Outlook for complex calendar management.Excellent and professional communication skills (both written and verbal).Schedule : Monday to Friday, typical business hours
