Job Title : Functional Medicine Physician

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Gillette, Wyoming

Compensation : Includes $30,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify underlying causes of chronic illness
• Order and interpret advanced labs, including DUTCH, GI-MAP, OAT, Genova, genomics, hormone panels, etc.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating nutrition, supplements, detoxification, bioidentical hormones, and lifestyle medicine
• Support oncology patients with immune optimization and symptom management during treatment
• Collaborate with nutritionists, health coaches, and regenerative medicine providers
• Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their healing
• Participate in case reviews, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives
