Complex Commercial & Liability Litigation Associate Attorney – San Diego, CA    Tier 1 Real Estate Law Firm | $120K–$180K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

A top-ranked full-service firm in Southern California is seeking a litigation associate to join its elite team focused on  real estate financing ,  construction litigation ,  land development , and  white collar crime defense . This role offers exposure to  dealer-broker disputes ,  land use ,  zoning , and  trial support  across high-stakes commercial matters.

Practice Areas :  Complex Commercial & Real Estate Litigation, Business Dispute Resolution, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance

Ideal Candidate :

• 2–7 years of litigation experience (real estate, corporate, or commercial)
• Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
• Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair) preferred
• JD from ABA-accredited law school; CA Bar in good standing
• Experience with construction law, zoning, or regulatory matters a plus
