We are looking to hire a full-time Seasonal Analyst within our ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Services) department.
The role of a Seasonal Analyst is to review and process a high volume of residency and fellowship application documents.

The primary responsibility of the Seasonal Analyst is to quality analyze and process documents for international medical graduates applying to residency programs, and for U.
S. and international medical graduates applying to fellowship programs, in the U.S.

WORK SCHEDULE for Seasonal Analyst
This full-time position typically works 7-hour workdays, Monday - Friday, with a flexible virtual work arrangement. Mandatory overtime may be required.
SALARY for Seasonal Analyst (Starting at $21 per hour)
Any offered salary is determined based on competency and skills, prior relevant experience, required degrees / certifications, internal equity within the organization and market competition.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate for the Seasonal Analyst has the following skills & experience :
SKILLS
- Strong administrative skills and advanced computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn to work with in-house software a must.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and process residency and fellowship application documents.
- Review all documentation related to applicant's application and ensure timely processing of documents to the applicant's application record.
- Coordinate and collaborate with management and peers to ensure quality and timely transmission of all documents.
- Identify unique applicant cases, define resolutions, seek approval by manager and document actions.
- Performs other duties, as assigned by managers.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience working in a fast-pasted, high production setting.
- Perform high-volume evaluative processing with a high rate of accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience processing documentation related to medical education is a plus.
EDUCATION
- High School diploma is required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
