Pay : $125,000+ dependent upon experience and background

As we expand across Florida and Michigan, we are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Finance Director / CFO to guide the company's financial operations and help drive sustainable growth.

Position Summary

This exciting opportunity is for a finance leader who enjoys both big‑picture strategy and hands‑on execution. The Director of Finance / CFO will oversee financial management, reporting, and planning, ensuring the company operates efficiently and profitably. The role partners closely with ownership and leadership to support growth and operational excellence across our home health and therapy service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Develop financial strategies to support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage cash flow, payroll, and financial controls to ensure fiscal health.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate new markets, service lines, and expansion opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, reimbursement processes, and state / federal guidelines.
• Analyze performance metrics, margins, and key indicators to guide decision‑making.
• Supervise and develop the accounting / finance team as the company grows.
