Veterinary Receptionist

Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists is now hiring a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our AMAZING team!

We are looking for a highly motivated person who loves animals and wants to work closely with them and their owners! Our Veterinary Receptionist will be a highly motivated team player with outstanding customer service skills.

Weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

What you'll do as a Veterinary Receptionist :

• Answer phones and greet clients and patients
• Schedule appointments
• Accurately enter and update client information
• Explain fees and process payments

Ideal Candidate

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Work well on a team
• Great communication skills with clients and staff
• Customer service experience required
• Schedule flexibility - weekends and overnights. Some holidays may be required
