Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Flogistix, LP, a leading atmospheric solutions company specializing in wellhead and VRU compression, is seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support our growing Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) department. This role will provide executive-level administrative support to the VP, EHS, and offer cross-functional assistance to EHS Managers and Technicians across both the Manufacturing and Field Service operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, advanced communication abilities, and experience supporting compliance-heavy or operationally complex teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the VP, EHS and EHS Managers including calendar management, meeting coordination, and departmental communications.
- Serve as the EHS team's central point for coordination across field service and manufacturing teams regarding KPI's, reporting deadlines, audits, safety meetings, and compliance deliverables along with preparing KPI reports for Executive and Upper Management.
- Coordinate training logistics, such as new hire orientations, customer meetings, etc., and work closely with HR and operational managers with onboarding tasks related to EHS protocols.
- Participate in scheduling and recordkeeping for regular EHS conference calls and team meetings.
- Serve as a central point of contact for administrative tasks supporting EHS field and manufacturing operations.
- Assist with urgent responses involving safety events, injuries, or compliance needs.
- Will maintain ISNetworld, PEC Veriforce, Avetta, etc., accounts.
- Knowledge of safety terminology, training logistics, and compliance documentation preferred.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting multiple team members and locations.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).At least 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally in a safety, compliance or operationally regulated environment.Assist with organizing supporting documentation for customer in-person audits.Prior experience supporting cross-departmental or geographically distributed teams is preferred but not required.Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive safety or personnel documentation.Less than 5% travel expected; however, the ability to support on-site EHS events or audits when required is desirable.Strong verbal and written communication skills to support coordination across departments.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities.Ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Associate's degree or coursework in Business Administration, Safety, or related field preferred.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; sit; walk; kneel; stoop; use hands to handle / feel objects, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. This position must maintain a valid drivers' license.
