A Typical Day for a Registered Nurse with WesleyLife at Home / Home Health :

You'll play a crucial role in providing personalized patient care within the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including coordinating services with other healthcare providers, communicating with insurance companies, and supervising nursing staff.

Crafting comprehensive Plans of Care tailored to each patient's needs, you'll ensure adherence to treatment plans and monitor overall wellness and medical needs.

Your role also involves liaising with primary physicians, adjusting care plans as necessary, and meticulously documenting all interactions and changes
